PowerVerde enters into a distribution/manufacturing agreement with Newton Investments B.V. of the Netherlands to distribute and manufacture their unique renewable waste heat system called the Liberator.

PowerVerde, Inc. (OTC BB symbol “PWVI”) announced today the signing of a definitive agreement with Newton Investments B.V. d/b/a Newton Greenpower. This is the agreement contemplated by the binding letter of intent between the parties announced in February 2011. The agreement gives Newton the exclusive right to manufacture the Liberator system and distribute it in all European Union countries, initially focusing on Holland, Belgium, Scandinavia and Germany. Under the agreement, Newton has arranged the manufacture of the Liberator at Autonational, a Dutch-based engineering/manufacturing facility. The agreement calls for annual minimum quotas beginning in the second year and a royalty paid on all systems sold.

Piet van der Hoop, President of Newton commented “The Liberator we purchased from PowerVerde arrived in Holland the first week of July. We, in conjunction with PowerVerde, have been testing this system for a variety of applications including biogas, biomass, geothermal and other co-generation opportunities. We have identified several hundred applications which would benefit greatly from one or more Liberators and have already begun setting up the necessary groundwork to accelerate this enormous opportunity. Newton and PowerVerde believe there are potentially thousands of application sites across Europe, many with strong governmental and utility support, making this an ideal place to launch this technology. We continue arranging certain efficiency evaluations and are very pleased with our test results to date”.

PowerVerde CEO Rick Davis stated ” The appreciation Europe has for green renewable electricity is seen in the practical application of wood pellet burning facilities, windmills, dairy farm biogas plants, photovoltaic installations and greenhouse geothermal opportunities, to name a few. I personally visited several such facilities within a 50-mile radius of the Autonational facility outside Amsterdam, currently housing the first Liberator. PowerVerde believes the greatest applications for a thermal-based system such as ours are in the EU countries, which are already utilizing waste heat generating technologies across the continent”.

PowerVerde announces the completion and shipment date of its first commercial 50kw renewable electricity generating waste heat recovery system, known as the Liberator, for European distribution.

PowerVerde, Inc. (Nasdaq BB symbol “PWVI”) today announced the completion and successful testing of their 50Kw electric power renewable waste heat recovery system named the “Liberator”. Under a previously announced Letter of intent (“LOI”) with Newton Investments BV, (“Newton”) PowerVerde will ship the first of five planned systems, the week of July 4th.

PowerVerde Director Rick Davis commenting on the Liberator and PowerVerde’s relationship with Newton, stated “We are more than satisfied with the Liberators performance and happy to have met our Dutch partners launch date. We believe the Liberator may be the most efficient waste heat recovery system ever demonstrated and are confident that the opportunities this system can create for Europe and the rest of the world may forever change the renewable energy landscape— historically dominated by photovoltaic, geothermal and wind type systems. Newton and their subsidiary Newton Green Power BV, are in final negotiations with PowerVerde to offer the Liberator technology to private factories, farms, greenhouses, biomass plants, geothermal and Government funded programs”.

Newton’s President Piet van der Hoop stated, “I just returned from Arizona and witnessed the Liberator producing 50Kw’s of green electricity. PowerVerde certainly lived up to our agreement entered into last February and we’re very pleased to have this system arriving in Europe next week. We have been evaluating renewable power systems over the past 12 years, and finally have an opportunity to offer continuous green power to our European clients utilizing newly created Government incentives for this type of technology. After reviewing hundreds of renewable power companies, we believe PowerVerde has the best ability to deliver an industrial style non-intermittent continuous power product capable of creating distributed energy solutions. With several European Governments mandating the eventual closure of all nuclear power plants in the aftermath of the Japanese tsunami disaster we hope to replace much of this lost capacity with megawatts of totally green power”

PowerVerde Delivers Radial Turbine Motor to Endless Energy Inc.

September 29th 2010, PowerVerde, Inc. (OTCBB; PWVI) a leading developer of renewable energy thermal and pressure driven electrical power systems, announced Endless Energy’s successful tests of PowerVerde’s proprietary 25/50 Radial Turbine Motor.

Keith Johnson, founder of Endless Energy states:
“Finally, the difference between a typical or traditional Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) Turbine Motor and the revolutionary PowerVerde Radial Turbine is amazing. The benefit to our Endless Energy ThermalGen system is that by using less flow through, in the heat exchange process, we can reach higher pressure with less pumping demand, giving us more energy with less heat from whatever heat source we are using. We are literally rewriting the rules for ORC systems in the way we are manipulating pressure into power”.

Endless Energy has since received two commercial installation requests for the ThermalGen system and believes these real world demonstrations of the energy saving technology, Endless has developed, will prove the commercial viability of this novel utility plant.
