Company Principals

PowerVerde is a Corporation organized under the Laws of Delaware with two principal owners: Fred Barker and George Konrad.

Fred is director of Engineering and George is Director of Manufacturing.

The design was conceived and developed by Fred Barker in January of 2001. Mr. Barker previously had a working relationship with George Konrad and enlisted his manufacturing expertise to co-develop the engine. They are co-patent holders of the design. PowerVerde has been exclusively assigned the rights to the patent and all other intellectual properties relating to the PowerVerde systems. An initial prototype of the motor was created and tested in early 2002 and proved that the concept would work. A new design was developed in early 2007 which resulted in an engine that produced more torque and horsepower as well as being easier to mass produce. The prototype has been tested extensively and all tooling, engineering and CAM/CNC programming has been completed for the production motor. PowerVerde plans to manufacture and market the power systems to end users in the US market. An international division is planned to coordinate global OEM licensing partnerships.  All manufacturing of Natural Gas Pipeline systems takes place at Global Machine Works , 59th Drive NE, 98223, Arlington, Wa.
